Important Posts FAQs
Admins can mark any post as important by selecting ‘Mark as Important’ from the drop down menu. Choose how long the post will appear at the top of the feed and select from three confirmation buttons. System Admins, Content Moderators and custom admin roles with the ‘Mark as Important’ permission will be able to track stats such as ‘Seen by’, ‘Marked as Read’, comments and reactions. When a group post is marked as important, all the relevant group members will receive a notification and the post will appear at the top of their feed.
You can send out an email notification to group members to make sure everyone is informed. Go to ‘Important Posts’ in the admin panel that track ‘Seen by’ numbers and see how many people marked the post as read.
